The Al Ansaar Foundation has made a significant contribution to the Redcliff area in Verulam by installing a much-needed borehole, providing clean drinking water to a local school and the surrounding community. This initiative was made possible through the generous support of patrons at the 2023 Durban Summer Souk.
Responding to an urgent need in the area, the foundation used a portion of the funds raised at the event to address the community’s water crisis. The borehole installation ensures a steady supply of safe, clean water, improving the quality of life for both students and residents.
The Al Ansaar Foundation expressed gratitude to all who supported the Durban Summer Souk, acknowledging their vital role in making this project a reality. “Your generosity has enabled us to deliver a lasting impact by addressing a basic human right—access to clean water,” the foundation stated.
This effort underscores the foundation’s ongoing commitment to community development and social upliftment, with plans to continue addressing pressing needs across the region.
Together, through collective effort, the foundation and its supporters are making a tangible difference in the lives of those in need.
Help our community by contributing to our causes.
