The Al Ansaar Outreach Department, in collaboration with Mufti Hamza Farooqi, is pleased to announce the successful completion of the 2025 Qurbani Drive in Malawi. This vital humanitarian initiative saw the slaughter of many sacrificial animals thanks to the communities contributions, ensuring that hundreds of underprivileged families in the region received their share of Qurbani meat during the blessed days of Eid al-Adha.
This achievement would not have been possible without the generous contributions of our community whose support and compassion allowed us to reach some of the most vulnerable communities in Malawi. The distribution brought immense relief and joy to recipients who often go without protein-rich meals for most of the year.
Mufti Hamza Farooqi, who personally oversaw the process, expressed heartfelt gratitude to all those who participated. “It was truly a humbling experience to witness the impact your donations have made. We pray that Allah accepts this noble effort from everyone who contributed,” he said.
