This Chocolate Biscuit Cake recipe from Cooking With Bibi Aysha is a no‑bake treat layered with Tennis biscuits, rich Moirs chocolate pudding, and topped with peppermint Aero, chocolate shavings, and fresh strawberries. 🥣 Ingredients

  • 1 pack of Tennis biscuits
  • 1 box (90g) Moirs Chocolate pudding
  • 450 ml milk
  • Plain chocolate, peppermint Aero & strawberry slices for garnish

👩‍🍳 Method

  1. Add milk and chocolate pudding powder into a dish.
  2. Beat with an electric hand beater on low speed until well combined, then leave aside for 10 minutes to thicken.
  3. Spread the chocolate mixture on one side of each Tennis biscuit using a butter knife.
  4. Stack the biscuits together to form a log.
  5. Spread some of the chocolate pudding lengthwise along a large plate or platter, then arrange the sandwiched biscuits on top.
  6. Using a spatula, spread the remaining chocolate pudding on the top and sides of the biscuit cake.
  7. Place in the fridge for 2 hours.
  8. Decorate the top with plain chocolate shavings, peppermint Aero cubes, and slices of strawberries.
