Recipe of the week: Red chutney

INGREDIENTS:
-1 big bottle of All Gold tomato sauce
-quarter cup white vinegar
-10 whole red chillies
-Salt to taste
-2 tblsp methi/ atchaar masala

METHOD:
1.Add all the ingredients into a blender and blitz until you get the desired consistency.
2.Add the vagaar mixture and mix well. Vagaar is made with some oil, curry leaves, mustards seeds and sesame seeds.
3.Pour mixture into glass/plastic bottles and store in your fridge.

VARIATION:
Add 1 tin of smooth apricot jam into the above mixture to make a sweet & sour chutney.
