Recipe: Iced Ginger Tea

Serves 2

INGREDIENTS:
-3 cups of water
-2 inches of ginger cut into small pieces(ginger can be peeled or unpeeled)
-honey or maple syrup to taste
-lemon slices & mint for garnishing

METHOD:
1.Add the water into a pot and bring to boil over high heat.
2.Add the ginger pieces and continue boiling for another 5 minutes. For a stronger ginger taste boil for 10 minutes.
3.Remove from heat and leave to cool.
4.Strain the tea into a 2 tall glasses and add honey/maple syrup to sweeten as desired.
5.Add ice cubes, lemon slices & a sprig of mint.
6.Enjoy!
