Recipe: Green Chutney

INGREDIENTS
-2 bunches coriander, stems cut, washed & drained
-1 handful curry leaves
-1 handful mint
-4 tblsp dessicated coconut
-1 tblsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
-3 tblsp Mayonnaise
-1 small jar piccalilli or chow chow
-white vinegar as required

METHOD:
1.Add all the ingredients into a liquidizer except the vinegar.
2.Blend into a smooth paste, adding vinegar as required to get your desired consistency.
3.Fill into glass or plastic jars and refrigerate.
