INGREDIENTS:
1 chicken *
1 cup fried onions*
1 cup double thick yoghurt*
2 tomatoes grated*
1 big spoon of tomato puree*
1 tblsp Sujees Pure Garlic *
1 tblsp Sujees Alipoor Roast Chicken Marinade
3 tblsp Sujees Kholvad Biryani Masala*
1/2 lemon squeezed*
1 elatchi*
1 tblsp fine salt *
1 tblsp kashmiri chilli powder *
1 1/2 cup Masoor boiled
3 cups rice boiled
4 potatoes cut in quarters, then fried
Butter
Dhannia*
METHOD:
1.Marinate chicken with all ingredients marked *
2.Place some butter, sprinkle rice and masoor at the bottom of the pot.
3.Add marinated chicken and leave a little of the marinade in the bowl.
4.Add potatoes on top and Masoor.
5.Take half your rice and mix with the marinade then place on top of the masoor.
6.Color the remaining rice light yellow or leave white and place on top with butter and more fried onions.
7.Place on high heat on the stove for 10 mins and then push the pot into a preheated oven of 180 degrees Celsius for 45 to 60 minutes.
8.Serve hot & ENJOY!
