Recipe of the week:
CINNAMON & ROSEMRY ROASTED BUTTERNUT

Serve as a side dish. Serves 5-6

INGREDIENTS:
-1 large butternut squash, peeled, seeded and cut into cubes
-1¹/² tblsp extra virgin olive oil
-1¹/² tblsp maple syrup
-Salt to taste
-1 tsp cinnamon powder
-¹/² tsp ground black pepper
-1 tblsp fresh, chopped rosemary

METHOD:
1.Preheat oven to 200°C then grease a large oven tray.
2.Add the butternut cubes into a large bowl then drizzle with olive oil and maple syrup.
3.Now add the salt, black pepper and cinnamon and toss to coat evenly.
4.Arrange the butternut on the baking tray and bake for 15 minutes then remove from the oven and turn over the butternut cubes using a spatula. Replace into the oven and bake for another 10-15 minutes.
5.When the butternut is cooked then remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh chopped rosemary.
6.Serve hot & enjoy!
