Recipe of the week: Penda Burfi

INGREDIENTS:
-250g butter
-1 can of condensed milk
-500g icing sugar
-1kg Klim powder
-1 tsp rose water
-1 tsp elachi powder

METHOD:
1.Mix butter & sugar until creamy.
2.Add the condensed milk, then mix for 1 minute.
-3. Add the elachi powder & rose water to make a soft texture.
-4.Shape the mixture into small ping pong balls & sprinkle with chopped almonds/pecans or drizzle with melted white or brown chocolate.
