- 1 pack of Tennis biscuits
- 1 box (90g) Moirs Chocolate pudding
- 450 ml milk
- Plain chocolate, peppermint Aero & strawberry slices for garnish
👩🍳 Method
- Add milk and chocolate pudding powder into a dish.
- Beat with an electric hand beater on low speed until well combined, then leave aside for 10 minutes to thicken.
- Spread the chocolate mixture on one side of each Tennis biscuit using a butter knife.
- Stack the biscuits together to form a log.
- Spread some of the chocolate pudding lengthwise along a large plate or platter, then arrange the sandwiched biscuits on top.
