Recipe of the week: GHAS

All-time favorite any time of the year. Cooling & refreshing.

INGREDIENTS :
– 1 litre milk
– 2 tsp ghas powder
– 1 tsp cardomom powder, I use 2 tsp coz I looooove the taste
– 1 tin Nestlé condensed milk
– 1 tin Nestlé dessert cream, beaten
– Rose syrup for pink shade as required

Additional cardomom powder for sprinkling on top… optional

METHOD:
1. Add milk & ghas powder into a pot & bring to boil.
2. Now add the cardomom powder & Rose syrup as required & leave to boil for another 2 minutes.
3. Remove from heat, then add the cream & condensed milk & stir.
4. When slightly cool, pour into a silicone mould or into individual dessert bowls or into a large bowl, then sprinkle additional cardomom powder if you wish.
5. Place in the refrigerator & leave to set for a minimum of 4 hours or so.
6. Serve chilled & ENJOY!
