Recipe of the week: Garlic chili sweet sour prawns

INGREDIENTS:
-1kg king prawns, deveined and heads cut off
-2 tblsp ground garlic
-2 tsp red chili flakes
-2 tblsp soy sauce
-2 tblsp lemon juice
-2 tsp honey
-4 tblsp butter
-salt & black pepper to taste

Garnish:
Freshly chopped parsley

METHOD:
1.Heat the butter and garlic in a large pan over medium heat.
2.Add the prawns, salt and black pepper and fry in the garlic butter for 2 minutes on each side or until the prawns curl into a C shape.
3.Now add the soy sauce, honey, lemon juice and chili flakes and toss altogether.
4.Garnish the prawns with chopped parsley and serve with either savory rice or chips.
