Mango Mousse

Serves 6

INGREDIENTS:
-3 cups mango puree(Use 4 medium sized mangoes, or 2 pkts of 350g frozen mango cubes
-2 cups heavy cream
-castor sugar to taste, depending on the sweetness of the mangoes. I needed 2 tblsp of castor sugar

Garnish: fresh mango pieces and whipped cream

METHOD:
1.Add the mangoes into a blender with a little milk and blend until smooth.
2.Add castor sugar to taste if necessary.
3.Whip the cream using an electric hand beater until peaks form.
4.Fold the mango puree into the cream and stir until well combined.
5.Pour into 6 small dessert bowls or one large bowl.
6.Refridgerate for a minimum of 4 hours.
7.Garnish and ENJOY!!!!
