Recipe: Strawberry & Chocolate Swirls

INGREDIENTS:
-12 large strawberries, cut into small pieces
-2 slabs of white chocolate
-a drop of vegetable oil
-a silicone muffin pan with flower designs. I used a swirl design

METHOD:
1.Arrange the strawberry pieces evenly in the silicone flower pan.
2.Break the chocolate into pieces then add into a bowl with a drop of oil then place into the microwave oven. Melt for 1¹/² minutes or until smooth.
3.Pour the melted chocolate evenly over the strawberries.
4.Place in the fridge until set. I placed it in the fridge for an hour.
5.Gently remove from the silicone pan and serve with fresh strawberries as garnish.
