Recipe: Orange & pineapple juice
INGREDIENTS:
– 1 large pineapple cleaned, peeled & cut into chunks
– 4-6 large navel oranges, peeled & cut into chunks with pips removed
– mint springs, canned peach slices, red grapes & tooth picks for garnish
– ice cubes
– iced water as required
– sugar as required, optional
METHOD:
1.Add the oranges & pineapple chunks into a juicer/blender, then blitz until you get the desired drinking consistency.
2.Add water & sugar to taste if necessary.
3.Add ice cubes in individual glasses, then garnish by making a mini fruit skewer using a toothpick & adding a peach slice, mint sprig & a red grape on each toothpick to add colour & flavour. You can use any seasonal fruit to garnish or leave as is.
