Recipe of the week: Carrot & apple juice
Benefits:

INGREDIENTS:
-4 medium sized carrots, peeled
-2 red apples, cut into quarters
-2 stalks of celery, leaves removed
-¹/² inch piece of ginger, peeled
METHOD:
1.Wash all the ingredients then pat dry.
2.Add the vegetables one by one into your juicer except the ginger.
3.Add the ginger last.
4.Serve immediately.
Garnish with a small celery stalk and a thin slice of apple
